- Introduction
At CHILLARPAY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED , JIVEEKA ENTERPRISES & MOHAN KAMAL ENTERPRISES, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide seamless digital transaction services, including Pay In (Payment Gateway), Pay Out, Mobile/DTH Recharge, SMS API, and Aadhaar Verification API. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which transactions can be canceled and refunds can be issued.
- Cancellation Policy
- Once a transaction is successfully processed through our platform, it cannot be canceledby the user.
- In case of duplicate transactions, users must contact our support team immediately with transaction details.
- If a transaction is stuck, failed, or pendingdue to technical issues, it may be auto-reversed within the bank’s standard timeframe. If not, users may raise a complaint.
- Any fraudulent or unauthorized transactionsshould be reported immediately.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
✅ Failed Transactions: If the amount is debited but the transaction fails, the refund will be processed automatically within 5-7 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
✅ Duplicate Payments: If a user has made multiple payments for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
✅ Unprocessed Requests: If a requested service is not completed due to technical or operational issues, the refund will be initiated.
Refund Exceptions:
❌ Refunds will not be provided for successful transactions.
❌ Service charges, convenience fees, or gateway charges are non-refundable.
❌ Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
